About the Conference

What is the conference venue address?

The conference venue address is the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, 1 Le Pole Square, Ship Street Great, Dublin, D08 E6PD. Please find the Google Maps link with directions to the venue here.

Registration

Why am I receiving emails asking me to pay?

We send out payment chases to any attendee that has a balance outstanding on their registration record. This could be for your registration, a function you have booked such as the dinner, a workshop or your accommodation. If you have made payment recently, please send your remittance advice to icsb2025@conferencepartners.com so our friendly team can look in to this for you and update your account.

How do I add a tour to my registration? Are tours included in conference registration?

If you would like to attend one of the tours during the conference, you may do so by adding a tour during registration. If you have already completed your registration, please email icsb2025@conferencepartners.com with details of which one you would like to add and you will be sent a payment link.

I have lost/forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?

Will there be recordings of the sessions?
Unfortunately, there will be no recordings available of the ICSB 2025 sessions.
Can I bring a guest to the conference and networking events?

Guest tickets are available for the ICSB 2025.You can add a guest during the initial registration process. If you’ve already registered and would like to add a guest afterward, please contact us at icsb2025@conferencepartners.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following details in your email:
• Guest’s first and last name
• Primary email address
• Billing address

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
There are only full conference registrations available for the ICSB 2025.
Can I register for several delegates at a time?

Yes, please email icsb2025@conferencepartners.com if you require a group registration.

Can I pay in my own currency?
We are currently only accepting payments in Euros for ICSB 2025.

Cancel/Refund Registration

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration, please email the conference email at icsb2025@conferencepartners.com.

Visa Letter/Letter of Invitation

I am an overseas participant and require a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?
As conference organisers, we can only provide visa assistance letters to those who have registered and paid in full. Once this has been done, we will be able to issue your visa assistance letter. Please note, we cannot add any personal details such as abstract information, or passport information.
I require a visa to travel to the conference. How do I get this?

During your registration, please confirm your requirement of a Visa Acceptance Letter.

If you have already completed your registration, please email the conference inbox at icsb2025@conferencepartners.com. Please note that your registration must be paid in full in order to receive your Visa Acceptance Letter.

Certificate of Attendance

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?
On the final day of the conference/ in the days post conference, you will receive the Conference Feedback Survey that we kindly ask you to complete. On completion of the survey, you will receive your certificate of attendance via email.

Exhibitor/Sponsor

I am an exhibitor. Can I register for social events?
Yes, you can add the tours and social events to your account during the registration process.

Social Functions & Tours

Is there a dress code for the social functions?
The Gala Dinner is business formal.
What is the address of the social functions?

The Welcome Reception is being held at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. Please find the Google Maps link with directions to the venue here.

The Gala Dinner is being held at the Urban Brewing. Please find the Google Maps link with directions to the venue here.

How far is the social function from where the conference is being held?

The Gala Dinner at Urban Brewing is generally a 20 minute drive from the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, or alternatively a 30 minute walk.

City Information

What is the easiest way to travel when I get to Dublin?
Dublin airport is approximately 15km from the city centre with many different transport options to use. You will receive detailed information in the Know Before You Go document prior to the conference, but in the meantime, we recommend any of the below travel apps to aid you in arriving at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre:

 

  • TFI Go: The TFI Go App allows you to buy tickets for participating Transport for Ireland bus services and some commercial bus operators.
  • Free Now App: The Free Now App allows you to order a taxi from your location or to book one in advance, or for a later time. Cash and card are both accepted.
  • Uber: The Uber app allows you to order a car ride from your location, or to book one in advance. You can pay by cash or card. All Uber drivers are licensed.
  • Irish Rail: The Irish Rail App informs you when the next train is due. The train operates national services throughout Ireland.
What is the currency?
The local currency in Ireland is Euro. Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted throughout Ireland; American Express is accepted in some places but not all.
What is the weather like?
October is generally a mild to cold month of the year in Dublin with average temperatures ranging from 6.7°C to 13.7 °C, with rain generally expected.

Will there be printing facilities at the conference?
No.
Can I receive a list of participants in advance of the conference?
The conference app will show any attendees who have made themselves visible.
What services are available for special needs and requests?
